Jason Lieberman

Jason Lieberman was diagnosed with spastic diplegia, a form of cerebral palsy, at the age of 11 months. It caused partial brain damage and, in addition, caused Jason to be born nine weeks early and weighing 3 pounds, 11 ounces. ("It's the only time in my life I've been early, according to my father," he jokes.) He served as director of government and community affairs at Yachad, the National Jewish Council for Disabilities, and spent the better part of three years visiting different synagogues and spreading the message of physical accessibility for all. He holds degrees from the George Washington University and NYU. Currently, he assists in disabled affairs for the insurance company AIG.
