A Jewish Rapper/Producer, Prodezra (Reuben Formey) hails from Savannah, GA where he started making beats as a hobby in early high school with just an old Casio board & computer.

Being a member of school bands from a young age contributed to his knack for creating hard-hitting tracks early on. Time passed & he collaborated on a number of local projects. After high school, Formey left for college in Atlanta, GA. After making some bad decisions and being involved in things he admits were not in his best interest, he made some positive moves in his life. Through being saved from situations in a fashion which he terms "little miracles," he began to dig back into his Jewish roots. Formey decided to leave for Yeshiva in NJ, followed by Jerusalem.

After major changes took place for him rather quickly, he found himself on a totally new path. Crediting Chabad-Lubavitch & Breslov teachings, he's now using his G-d given talent for good, working on music with artists abroad, giving him proven success in the public arena. Prodezra draws strength from his desire to make music that people do more than just listen to, but will actually feel within their soul. His music will make you think, dance, and cry. But he won't take the credit for the music for himself...assuring that he is only blessed from G-d to be a vessel to deliver these powerful and positive sounds. Hence, he takes the "L'Shem Shamayim" (for the sake of Heaven) part of his name very seriously.

While he is one of the only Jewish track makers coming from a foundation of Southern Bump that hits you hard & plays no games, Prodezra brings a love of all music that gives him versatility in creating Hip-Hop, Pop, & Rock tracks, etc. Be sure to check out Prodezra's highly acclaimed album "Connection Revealed" and all his other projects on iTunes. And watch for his new album "FaceTo Face" coming soon! His music will grab your ears and hold them, and you won't want it to let go. Recognize Positive/Jewish Rap From The South.....
